MintPak
MintPak supplies professional grade candles, chafing fuel and paper straws to the UK hospitality industry through our distributor network.
All our products are fully UK tested and carry the necessary environmental credentials. Our range represents the vast majority of the needs of the hotel and restaurant industry.
We have pleasure introducing our professional range of candles, chafing fuel and paper straws. For specific products which do not appear in our range, we may be able to source and supply depending upon your volume requirement.

Paper Straw
Range
Our straws are manufactured to the highest environmental and ecological standards, containing zero synthetic chemicals and being 100% compostable, both of which cannot be claimed by all manufacturers and importers. You are welcome to use this information as a selling tool, with your customers.
We use premium materials, such as paper matching McDonald’s standards, high-viscosity heat-resistant adhesives from Henkel and BASF, and eco-friendly, fully biodegradable food-grade inks.
During the paper cutting process, we add 1mm in width of paper. This enhances the bonding area during rolling. Also, a heating element has been incorporated directly into the rolling process. This ensures that the adhesive dries instantly upon bonding.
The result is a dramatic improvement in the material’s durability, resulting in the straw being exceptionally sturdy and long-lasting whilst in use, whilst complying with every possible environmental criteria.
Candle
Range
Our professional grade candles are fully UK tested to BS EN 15493:2019 fire safety standards. All candles feature clean burn cotton wicks and are designed for the hospitality environment.
Tealights – Fully tested, odourless and shrink wrap packaged for space saving, our Tealights are perfect for use in a professional environment.
Pillar Candles – Create warm ambience in your restaurant, function room, marquee or bar. Our pillar candles can sit in an open environment, or in a storm lantern or vase.
Tapered Candles – For a more formal occasion or setting, our tapered candles sit perfectly in a variety of candleabras and candle holders.
Glitterlight Lowboy – The ever popular ‘Lowboy’ wax filled glass jars are perfect for professional environments such as restaurants and bars, both indoor and out.
Chafing Fuel – Just Heat – Fully tested, odourless and non-combustable unless the wick is present. Our chafing fuel is fully designed for food heating in a professional environment.
Sustainability
At MintPak, sustainability is at the heart of what we do. Our paper straws are a responsible alternative to single use plastic, and all our products carry the necessary environmental credentials.
Our candles are UK tested to BS EN 15493:2019 fire safety standards. We are committed to sourcing and supplying products that meet the growing demand for environmentally conscious hospitality supplies.
